7 or more days notice: your deposit is refunded in full.
6 days or less notice: the deposit is forfeited in full.
Weather
If winds reach 20 mph or higher, we will need to postpone or cancel your outdoor event for everyone's safety.
If weather prevents your event and no other date or accommodation can be agreed upon, your deposit is returned in full.

What's included in The Golf Social pricing?
Every booking includes the pop-up golf simulator, practice putting greens for guests waiting their turn, full setup and takedown, an on-site Caddie for the whole event, and curated music and ambiance.
How much does a golf simulator event cost?
Pricing starts at $450 for the first 2 hours. Additional time is billed at $150 per hour. Contact us for all-day events.
How much space do you need?
The outdoor pop-up has a 12 x 16 foot footprint. For indoor corporate events we can bring a smaller setup. Tell us about your space and we will make it work.
What does the Caddie do?
Your on-site Caddie runs the experience from start to finish. They help guests step up to the big bay, keep the line moving, give beginners a quick lesson, and keep the energy high.
Can guests practice putting while they wait?
While guests wait for their turn on the big bay, they can sharpen their stroke on our putting greens so nobody is standing around in line.
What areas does The Golf Social service?
We service the Wasatch Front. Outside of that area, please contact us for pricing.
How do I reserve my date?
A 25% deposit holds your date and time. Contact us to get started.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel with 7 or more days notice, your deposit is refunded in full. With 6 days or less notice, the deposit is forfeited.
What happens if the weather is bad?
For outdoor events, if winds reach 20 mph or higher we will need to postpone or cancel. If weather prevents your event and no other date or accommodation can be agreed upon, your deposit is returned in full.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Discounts are available for military and first responders. Contact us when you book and we will take care of you.
What add-ons are available for events?
A soda bar hosted by one of our Caddies is $150 for the first 20 guests; contact us for larger parties. Dessert packages start at $100 for 10 guests. Contact us for more information.
